PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinholder-type dry electrode for shortening an attachment time, improving adhesion to the head and reducing noises, and a method for manufacturing the pinholder-type dry electrode.SOLUTION: The pinholder-type dry electrode for measuring a bioelectric signal of a living organism includes a cylindrical flexible section 15 made of a flexible material, a plurality of needle-like electrode sections 12a which are made of a resin material having a surface coated with a conductive material and which have leading ends 12b formed in a globular shape, and a wiring section which transmits the bioelectric signal by connecting the plurality of needle-like electrode sections 12a in a juxtaposed manner.
