A bionic artificial intraocular lens is disclosed, which is applicable to be set in the lens capsule connected to the ciliary muscle through the ciliary zonula to replace the crystalline lens that has been removed, and includes a front surface and a rear surface. The front surface and the rear surface compatibly form a soft foldable convex lens body. The diameter of the convex lens body is between 7.0mm to 9.5mm. The convex lens body has a refractive index ranging from 1.35 to 1.57.
