PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic atomizing device which more stabilize the amount of generation of charged fine particle water which is negatively charged.

SOLUTION: The electrostatic atomizing device includes: first blowing means 2 arranged inside a body case 1 a negative pressure generation hole 15 arranged in a first tongue opposing surface 12 opposing to the tongue 10 in a first casing 7 and electrostatic atomizing means 3 and an electrostatic atomizing cover portion 16 which are arranged outside the first tongue opposing surface 12, the electrostatic atomizing cover portion covering the electrostatic atomizing means and the negative pressure generation hole 15. The electrostatic atomizing cover portion 16 includes a first communication port 17 and a second communication port 18. A first air flow 19 which flows from a second intake port 5 to the first communication port 17 and the negative pressure generation hole 15, and a second air flow 20 which flows from a second intake port 5 to the second communication port 18, the electrostatic atomizing means 3, and the negative pressure generation hole 15, are generated by the negative pressure generation hole 15. The opening area of the second communication port 18 is smaller than that of the first communication port 17.
