A system including an imager (100) having a radiation source (XR) for emitting a radiation beam (PR). The imager is operable to acquire a current image of an object (PAT) at a current field-of-view (FOVi) whilst a device (GW) resides in or around said object (PAT). The system includes an apparatus (A) for adapting a field-of-view of the imager, so that a follow-up image is acquirable by the imager at an updated field-of-view (FOVi+1) that is centered around a new device position or is centered around an expected device position.La présente invention concerne un imageur (100) ayant une source de rayonnements (XR) destinée à émettre un faisceau de rayons (PR). Limageur peut être actionné pour acquérir une image actuelle dun objet (PAT) au niveau dun champ de vision actuel (FOVi) alors quun dispositif (GW) se trouve dans ou autour dudit objet (PAT). Le système comprend un appareil (A) destiné à adapter un champ de vision de limageur, de telle sorte quune image de suivi peut être acquise par limageur au niveau dun champ de vision mis à jour (FOVi+1) qui est centré autour dune nouvelle position du dispositif ou qui est centré autour dune position attendue du dispositif.
