PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that work of recovery of roll bales requires a plurality of operators because handling of roll bales for livestock feed requires dedicated carrying apparatuses and a truck for carrying and provide a gripping device optimal for gripping of a roll bale allowing one-person operation with a mobile crane.SOLUTION: In a gripping device, an upper cradle 10 and a lower cradle 1 fixed to a lift hook are fastened together with a lock mechanism 12, and both rope ends are fixed to the upper cradle 10 and suspended to the lower cradle 1. The lower end parts of the two suspended ropes are tied together, and a toric shape is formed by a rope guide 1g attached swingably to the lower cradle. The upper cradle is made to descend so as to release a lock mechanism by the self weight. The rope is made to contract in the inner diameter direction by lifting the upper cradle by e.g. a crane to fasten bales, and the resultant body is carried. After arrival at a destination, the upper cradle 10 and the lower cradle 1 are fastened together by the lock mechanism 12, and the rope is loosened to release the roll bales.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】家畜飼料用のロールベールのハンドリングにおいて、専用の搬送機器を必要とし、搬送するにはトラック等を使用する、このためロールベールの回収作業においては操作員を複数人必要としている。この作業を移動式クレーンで行なうと一人作業が可能なロールベールの把持に最適な把持装置を提供する。【解決手段】昇降フックに固定した上架台10と下架台1とをロック機構12で締結し、索状の両端を上架台10に固定して下架台1に垂下し、垂下された二本の索状の下部は双方の端部を目通しし、下架台に揺動可能に取り付けられた索状ガイド1gによって円環状を形成し、上架台を降下させて自重によりロック機構12を解除し、その後上架台をクレーン等で吊り上げることにより索状を内径方向に収縮させてロールベールを締付けて搬送移動後、所定地に着接後上架台10と下架台1とをロック機構12で締結し索状を緩めロールベールを開放する。【選択図】図16
