To provide an absorbent article making excrement such as stool be hardly scattered due to complicated motion of a wearer at the time of wearing.SOLUTION: An absorbent article 1 comprises on a skin contact surface, a sheet of an uneven structure having an area in which a projection 24 becomes higher than before abrasion due to abrasion under the following conditions, and has a longitudinal direction corresponding to a front and back direction of a wearer, and a width direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction.
