A subcutaneous port (100) comprising: - a port body (110) elongated around an axis and comprising an inlet (111) defining an opening (112) at one end of the port body, an outlet (1- 13) which has an outlet opening (114) at a longitudinally opposite end of the port body, and a chamber (160) defined between them, one of which between the inlet (111) and the inlet opening (112) comprises a first connecting member and one of the outlet (113) and the outlet opening (114) comprising a second connecting member (116); - a septum (120); - a removable septum retainer (130) comprising a third connection member that removably marries the first connection member to arrange the septum (120) in a position to occlude the inlet opening (112) of the port body ; - a removable cone (140) extending along the axis, the removable cone (140) comprising an inlet end (141) having an inlet opening (142) at one end of the removable cone (140), a outlet connector (143) having an outlet opening (144) at a longitudinally opposite end of the removable cone (140) and a channel (145) extending between them, further comprising the inlet end (114) of the removable cone a fourth connection member (146) that removably marries the second connection member (116), - a fifth connection member (115) disposed adjacent to an outer surface of one between the removable cone (140) and the body port (110); and - a removable hollow housing (150) extending along the axis, the removable hollow housing (150) comprising a sixth connection member (155) removably married to the fifth connection member (115); where the inlet opening (112) of the port body is inclined inward along the axis of the port body (110); where a gap is defined between an outer surface of the outlet connector (143) of the removable cone and an opposite inner surface of the removable hollow housing (150), where the gap substantially corresponds to a wall thickness of a catheter to allow fixation of a catheter between at least a portion of an outer s
