In the vacuum generating unit, a vacuum chamber with openable bottom is formed. The vacuum generating unit comprises a body unit with a vacuum hole, an upper plate with a plurality of bushing holes, and a bottom plate closing the opened vacuum chamber. In the shaft unit, a vacuum passage is formed to communicate with a second through-hole.
