The present invention relates to oil gel, and to a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically, to oil gel, capable of alleviating stickiness of the oil gel by using an inorganic material having a three-dimensional branch structure such as hydrophilic fumed silica used as a gelling agent, and to a manufacturing method thereof. In addition, according to the present invention, by adjusting the weight ratio between oil and a gelling agent, which are components of the oil gel, shape stability and ease of use of the oil gel can be realized, and at the same time, mixing with other components becomes easy.본 발명은 오일 젤 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 겔화제로서 사용되는 친수성 흄드 실리카와 같은 3차원 가지 구조의 무기물을 사용함으로써 오일 젤의 끈적임을 완화시킬 수 있는 오일 젤 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.또한, 본 발명에 따르면, 오일 젤의 성분인 오일 및 겔화제 간의 중량비를 조절하여 적당한 점성을 부여함으로써 오일 젤의 형태안정성과 사용편의성을 구현할 수 있음과 동시에 다른 성분을 추가하여 혼합하기도 수월한 오일 젤 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
