PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen-absorptive multilayer molded container for medical application, in which a low molecular weight compound is restrained from being produced after oxygen is absorbed, which has excellent oxygen barrier performance, and keeps strength even when preserved for a long period of time, from which impurities are eluted in small quantities, and which exhibits low absorptivity to liquid chemicals and has excellent oxygen absorptive performance under a wide humidity condition of low humidity to high humidity.SOLUTION: The oxygen-absorptive multilayer molded container for medical application has at least three layers comprising, in this order, a first resin layer containing polyester at the least, an oxygen absorption layer comprising an oxygen-absorptive resin composition containing a copolymerized polyolefin compound and a transition metal catalyst, and a second resin layer containing polyester at the least.
