A trocar for performing an endoscopic procedure in a cavity in a patient's body. The trocar comprising: a first seal within the trocar adapted to seal between the cavity in the body of the patient and the ambient environment, when the trocar is placed through the skin of the patient during the surgical procedure, and a second seal, sealingly connected around the trocar and adapted to engage the surface of the skin of the patient for further sealing against the skin of the patient.L'invention concerne un trocart pour réaliser une intervention endoscopique dans une cavité du corps d'un patient.
