PURPOSE: An antioxidative composition containing Phellinus linteusau enzymetic extract is provided to enhance antioxidative effect and to suppress or treat aging and various diseases.CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing Phellinus linteusau enzymetic extract comprises a step of treating Phellinus linteusau with protease or carbohydrase at pH 2.0-7.0 and 30-80 deg. C for 6-10 hours. The protease is protamex, flavourzyme, neutrase, alcalase, alpha-chymotrypsin, pepsin, trypsin, or papain. The carbohydrase is promozyme, celluclast, maltogenase, viscozyme, termamyl, dextrozyme, amyloglucosidases, alpha,beta-glucosidase, pectinase, naringinase, cellulase, hemicellulase, or BAN 480L(bacterial A-amylase). An antioxidative composition contains the Phellinus linteusau enzymetic extract as an active ingredient, prepared by protease or carbohydrase.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013[Reference numerals] (AA) Shaking at 150 rpm and preheating at proper temperature for 30 minutes (BB) Adding hydrolase (CC) Shaking at 180 rpm and hydrolysis at proper temperature for 8 hours (DD) Heating at 100°C for 10 minutes and stopping reaction (EE) Filtering (FF) Concentrating using decompression evaporator (GG) Freezing at -80°C (HH) Freeze-drying본 발명은 상황버섯 가수분해 효소 추출물을 함유하는 항산화 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 상황버섯에 효소를 처리함으로써 단백질 또는 당 가수분해 효소반응을 통해 제조한 상황버섯 가수분해 효소 추출물과, 이를 유효성분으로 함유하는 항산화 조성물 및 상기 상황버섯 가수분해 효소 추출물을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
