When the cam plate moves backward to a first point, the collet lever moves backward from the cap lever to separate the protection cap from the blood lancet body. When the cam plate moves backward to a second point, the cap lever and the collet lever rotate to enable the blood lancet body to move forward. According to the present invention, the thickness of the cam plate can be reduced by forming the cap lever and the collet lever to be rotated when the cam plate slides back and forth, and thus it is possible to manufacture a small-size blood collecting device.
