The present invention relates to a production method of Si-substituted hydroxyapatite sol for the surface treatment of zirconia, a surface treatment method using the Si-substituted hydroxyapatite sol, and a product thereof. The surface treatment of the Si-substituted hydroxyapatite sol prepared by the sol-gel method on the zirconia implant promotes the activity of the osteoblast, thereby enhancing the binding force with the bone tissue in the initial implantation.지르코니아 표면처리용 Si가 치환된 하이드록시아파타이트 졸의 그 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 Si가 치환된 하이드록시아파타이트 졸의 표면처리방법 및 그 산물에 관한 것으로 지르코니아 임플란트에 졸-젤 법을 이용하여 제조한 본 발명 Si가 치환된 하이드록시아파타이트 졸을 표면처리함으로써 골아세포의 활성을 촉진시켜 초기 임플란트 매립시 골조직과의 결합력을 증진시킬 수 있는 뛰어난 효과가 있다.
