A use of n-butylidenephthalide (BP) in dopaminergic progenitor cell transplantation is provided, wherein the use includes using BP to enhance the therapeutic effect of dopaminergic progenitor cell transplantation, as well as using a combination of BP and BP-treated dopaminergic progenitor cells in the dopaminergic progenitor cell transplantation.
