The present invention relates to an IoT terminal for preventing a missing child, equipped with a mosquito repelling function, and a method and a system of providing a missing child prevention service using the same. According to the present invention, the IoT terminal for preventing a missing child, equipped with a mosquito repelling function comprises: a wireless communication module configured to transmit and receive location information within a predetermined radius by performing wireless communication with a specific wireless terminal that is set, in advance, through near-field wireless communication； a frequency generating unit configured to generate a frequency avoided by female mosquitoes； and a light output unit configured to generate light corresponding to a wavelength of light that mosquitoes dislike, wherein the IoT terminal is configured to receive the frequency corresponding to a sound avoided by the female mosquitoes from the wireless terminal which includes: a wireless communication module communicated wirelessly with the wireless communication module provided in the IoT terminal； and an application configured to provide the frequency corresponding to a sound avoided by the female mosquitoes to the IoT terminal and execute a remote control service by a pairing action with the IoT terminal.
