In one exemplary embodiment, the device may include a panel with an integral fluid flow path, where the panel and fluid flow path consist only of surfaces that can be manufactured using a straight pull mold. A port may also be integrated into the panel to facilitate coupling the fluid flow path to the pneumatic component within the assembly. A seal may be secured to the panel to cover the fluid flow path to form an integral fluid conduit. The seal is preferably an adhesive label that can also be used for product labeling. Such a device may be used as a control unit for a therapy system using several integral fluid conduits. The manufacturing method may include molding the panel, and the mold forms a flow path integral with the panel. The panel and the channel are preferably composed of surfaces that can be molded using a straight pull mold.
