A system (10) for monitoring and controlling a patient's blood glucose levels, including: a glucose monitor (80) for measuring a patient's blood glucose levels; a control device (30) operatively connected to the glucose monitor (80); and a multichannel administration mechanism (40) operatively connected to said control device (30), characterized in that: said control device (30) has a control logic that is capable of monitoring, receiving and storing glucose level data in blood from the glucose monitor (80) in order to observe and classify physiological behavior settings and translate blood glucose level data to an output control signal containing information regarding the administration of at least two medications; said administration mechanism is capable of receiving said output control signal from said control device (30), where said administration mechanism (40) can infuse said at least two medications to the patient based on said information contained in said signal of said output control to control the patient's blood glucose levels; where the at least two medications are insulin and glucose.Un sistema (10) para monitorizar y controlar niveles de glucosa en sangre de un paciente, incluyendo: un monitor de glucosa (80) para medir niveles de glucosa en sangre de un paciente; un dispositivo de control (30) conectado operativamente al monitor de glucosa (80); y un mecanismo de administración multicanal (40) conectado operativamente a dicho dispositivo de control (30), caracterizado porque: dicho dispositivo de control (30) tiene una lógica de control que es capaz de monitorizar, recibir y almacenar datos de nivel de glucosa en sangre del monitor de glucosa (80) con el fin de observar y clasificar las configuraciones del comportamiento fisiológico y traducir los datos de nivel de glucosa en sangre a una señal de control de salida conteniendo información relativa a la administración de al menos dos medicaciones; dicho mecanismo de administración es capaz de recibir
