The invention relates to an antiseptic composition. The composition comprises an association of at least silver metal, preferably in a micronised form, and hyaluronic acid or one of the salts thereof having a molecular weight of between 50 kDa and 2000 kDa. The invention can be especially applied to the field of veterinary medicine, for the treatment of skin wounds and the healing thereof.L'invention concerne une composition antiseptique.
