PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical binding band that can easily and reliably bind binding objects by exerting strength capable of enduring a required binding force while ensuring stability so as not to cause the binding objects to separate from each other and generate a gap in a medical site.SOLUTION: In a medical binding band 1, a head part 2 is provided with a second claw part 91 for locking to a first claw part 31 of an inserted band body part 3. A first projected portion 21 and a second projected portion 22 are formed in the band body part 3 along a longitudinal direction T of the band body part 3. The first claw part 31 is disposed between the first projected portion 21 and the second projected portion 22.
