A method of evaluating the degree of social and psychological maladjustment due severity deviant behavior in adolescents, comprising the steps of determining the parameters of social approved behavior (TPV), delinquent behavior (DP), addictive behavior (C), aggressive behavior (AP) and suicidal behavior (PO ) containing questions, each of which is evaluated on a scale from 0 to 2 by questionnaire set forth herein, define the scores are summed and severity index socio-psychological maladjustment (ISD) of the formula: - the sum of the socially conditioned behavior, relevant answers to the questions of the questionnaire: 1-15 - the sum of the delinquent behavior, relevant answers to the questions of the questionnaire: 16-30 - the sum of the addictive behavior, relevant answers to the questions of the questionnaire: 31-45 - the amount of indicators of aggressive behavior, relevant answers to the questions of the questionnaire: 46-60 - the sum of the suicidal behavior, relevant answers to the questions of the questionnaire: 61-75, the values of ISD 12.1 points or more are assessed as a high degree s social and psychological maladjustment, from 7.3 to 12.0 - slight degree of maladjustment, from 0 to 7.2 - no evidence of maladjustment.Способ оценки степени социально-психологической дезадаптации вследствие выраженности девиантного поведения у подростков, заключающийся в том, что определяют показатели социально одобряемого поведения (СОП), делинквентного поведения (ДП), зависимого поведения (ЗП), агрессивного поведения (АП) и суицидального поведения (СП), содержащие вопросы, каждый из которых оценивают в баллах от 0 до 2 по опроснику, изложенному в описании, баллы суммируют и определяют индекс степени выраженности социально-психологической дезадаптации (ИСД) по формуле:- сумма показателей социально обусловленного поведения, соответствующих ответам на вопросы опросника: 1-15- сумма показателей делинквентного поведения, соответствующих ответам на вопросы опросника: 16-30- су
