PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rope guide device that is used for a walking cane with a seat.SOLUTION: The rope guide device includes: a base seat 31 two limiting link assemblies 54 connected to the base seat 31 and a limiting rope 55. Each limiting assembly 54 has a holding space therein and a guide groove that is spatially in communication with the holding space. The limiting rope 55 possesses two head pieces that are each movably held in the holding space of the limiting link assembly 54 and two mutually opposite ends that are each drawing to go through the guide groove of the limiting link assembly 54 and that are each connected to the head piece.
