Provided is a method for treatment and/or prophylaxis of a condition associated with T cell mediated chronic inflammatory disease by administration, to a patient, of a peptide comprising N′-SVTEQGAELSNEER-C′ (SEQ ID NO: 1) or an analog of the peptide that inhibits T cell migration.
