PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in conventional technology, in which although a patent for ultraviolet ray protection by leaves of mulberry has been granted, improvement of extract solution of mulberry leaf in cell proliferation effect, resistance against ultraviolet ray and the like to epithelial cell, such as effective concentration and administration volume, have not been optimized, in addition, there is no sufficient development in a medicine for repairing and activating skin having damage due to ultraviolet ray etc.SOLUTION: There is provided a pharmaceutical composition as extract extracted from mulberry, with which skin is activated by redifferentiation of normal cells or damaged cells into normal cells.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
