PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mattress with a simple structure which generates slippage between a bottom surface of a back part of the mattress and a back bottom of a bed when back lifting is performed, reduces the pain of a care-receiver or the like to allow him to feel comfortable, and obtains high safety as well especially in a mattress which is used for a nursing bed with a back lifting function.SOLUTION: In a mattress 10 which is covered with a cover member 16 and placed on a bed for use, a belt-like sheet member 20 with slip resistance is attached to a prescribed position at the inside 12 of a range corresponding to the back part of a user of the mattress 10 on a bottom surface side of the cover member 16 with excess length in a state where a gap is generated when viewed from the side surface of the mattress 10, and a slip resistance member 18 is attached to a prescribed position at the outside 14 of the range corresponding to the back part of the user of the mattress 10.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】特に、背上げ機能付きの介護用ベッドに使用されるマットレスにおいて、簡易な構造で、背上げを行う際の、マットレスの背中部分の底面と、ベッドの背ボトムとの間に滑りを生じさせ、被介護者等の苦痛を軽減させ、快適なものとするとともに、高い安全性をも得られるマットレスを提供すること。【解決手段】カバー部材16に覆われるとともに、ベッドに載置させて使用するマットレス10であって、カバー部材16の底面側において、マットレス10の使用者の背中部に対応する範囲内12の所定位置に、滑り止め付き帯状のシート部材20が、マットレス10の側面視空隙が生じる状態に余長をもって取り付けられ、且つ、マットレス10の使用者の背中部に対応する範囲外14の所定位置に、滑り止め部材18を取り付けた。【選択図】図1
