PURPOSE: An elastic tie band of a disposable diaper is provided, which improves productivity while lowering manufacturing cost by reducing amount of energy consumption. CONSTITUTION: An elastic tie band of a disposable diaper comprises: non-woven fabric which is produced in order to have elongation and contraction elasticity to be used as the elastic body of the tie band； single material elastic melt blown non-woven fabrics(111,112) which are produced by stacking nonwoven webs on elastic polymer in melt blown spinning process； elastic melt blown non-woven fabric which is produced by coating the first plane of the non-woven fabric with elastic film in order to have an elongation and contraction elasticity； and one flexible film(100) which is produced by coating first plane of the elasticity melt blown non-woven fabric with skin material.부직포 넥킹 과정을 배제한 일회용 기저귀의 탄성타이밴드를 제공한다. 이러한 탄성타이밴드는 신축성 멜트브로운 부직포를 단독으로 사용하는 탄성타이밴드이다. 신축성 멜트브로운 부직포는 탄성 폴리머를 멜트브로잉하여 무게 20-120g/㎡로 부직 웹을 쌓아 제조된다. 탄성 폴리머를 멜트브로운 부직포는 신축성 필름이 피부재로서 접착되고 또는 심재로서 부직포 사이에 삽입하고 접착이 되고 있다. 탄성 폴리머를 멜트브로운 부직포로 탄성 타이밴드를 제조하면 비용절감을 이루어 저비용으로 일회용 기저귀의 탄성 타이밴드를 제공할 수 있다.
