The present invention is directed to isolated scaffold implant system comprising a stable combination of an implant fixture and a bone block, wherein said stable combination is suitable in size and form to be implanted within a prepared site in a subjects bone. The scaffold implant system of the present invention is particularly suitable for use in dental implant techniques.
