PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gel elastomer composition less in tack while having moderate hardness, elongation and control release property and a cosmetic gel sheet using the gel elastomer composition.SOLUTION: The gel elastomer composition contains (A1) a styrenic thermoplastic elastomer having a weight average molecular weight of 100,000 or more and less than 180,000 and consisting of a block copolymer of triblock or more and (A2) a styrenic thermoplastic elastomer having a weight average molecular weight of 180,000 or more and 300,000 or less and consisting of a block copolymer of triblock or more with a mass ratio (A1)/(A2)=95/5 to 50/50 and has degree of dispersion of the molecular weight (Mw/Mn) of 1.25 to 1.60.
