PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tree-trimming apparatus that can perform tree-trimming by rotation in both forward and reverse directions with excellent tree-trimming performance, and can change the direction of tree-trimming by its turning movement.SOLUTION: The tree-trimming apparatus according to the present invention performs a tree-trimming action by a plurality of blade bodies 7 provided on the rotary drum 9. The blade body 7 comprises a blade portion 42A and 42B respectively positioned on its opposite ends in a peripheral direction of the surface of the rotary drum 9. The rotary drum 9 rotates in two directions, forward and backward.
