The positioning sheet (1) is provided with a through hole corresponding to the needle inlet hole (3-2). A metal wire ring (3-3) is provided inside the positioning ball (3). The plane where the metal wire ring (3-3) is located is perpendicular to the axis of the needle inlet hole (3-2). The fixing catch (4) catches the positioning ball (3). A bonding adhesive (1-2) is provided at the bottom of the positioning sheet (1).The device can achieve the purpose of successfully reaching a target lesion by one puncturing operation by means of a trocar.
