By pressing the pressure button (7) above the adhesive tape (4), vertical piercing by a needle tip and tight attaching and fixing of the adhesive tape are realized in one step. Before the piercing by the needle tip, the skin reception contact sheet (1) in contact with skin relatively excites a pressure nervous receptor and inhibits a pain receptor, thereby relieving pain.
