PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing rod reel seat having a structure in which a fixed hood part is integrally formed by molding, and enabling a male screw part to be molded in high accuracy and the fishing rod reel seat to be easily attached to a rod body, and to provide a fishing rod.SOLUTION: A cylindrical reel seat body 1 having separate members which include: a hood cylindrical body 2 having at least a part of a leg support surface 10 and a fixed hood 22 integrally formed by molding so as to constitute a single unit member and a screw cylindrical body 3 formed by molding having a male screw 31 formed on an outer peripheral surface thereof.
