PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique to appropriately associate use information on an endoscope with washing information.SOLUTION: A management part 104 manages a plurality of processing devices to which an endoscope is connected and a plurality of washing machines for washing the endoscope. An information acquisition part 102 acquires use information indicating a use state of the endoscope in the processing devices and washing information indicating a washing state of the endoscope in the washing machines. A storage processing part 110 associates the use information on the endoscope and the washing information on the endoscope, and stores them in a storage part. The management part 104 specifies an upper limit time when the storage processing part 110 can execute association processing from a final time when the information acquisition part 102 has last acquired the use information and the washing information.
