The present invention provides a technology relating to polymer complex particles which comprise a UV-blocking compound and semi-spherical polymer bead particles, wherein the semi-spherical polymer bead particles are carrying or coated with a UV-blocking compound, and a UV-blocking composition comprising the same. According to one example of the present invention, the UV-blocking composition, by carrying an organic UV-blocking agent inside the semi-spherical polymer beads, increases light scattering and thus increases UV-blocking effects enhances skin adhesion and increases safety as the organic UV-blocking agent does not come in direct contact with the skin. Further, since the organic UV-blocking agent is not eluted to the outside of the polymer beads, the stability in a cosmetic formulation can be increased, and since the amount of oils used for dissolving the organic UV-blocking agent is reduced, the texture of cosmetic product can be improved.본 발명은 자외선 차단용 화합물 및 반구형 고분자 비드 입자를 포함하며, 반구형 고분자 비드 입자에 자외선 차단용 화합물을 담지 또는 코팅한 고분자 복합 입자 및 이를 포함하는 자외선 차단용 조성물에 대한 기술을 제공한다.본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 자외선 차단용 조성물은 반구형의 폴리머 비드 내에 유기 자외선 차단제를 담지함으로써 광산란이 증가하여 UV 차단효과가 증가하고, 피부 밀착도가 상승하며, 유기 자외선 차단제가 피부에 직접 접촉하지 않아 안전성이 증가하는 효과가 있다. 또한, 폴리머 비드 밖으로 유기 자외선 차단제가 용출되지 않으므로, 화장품 제형 내 안정성이 증가하고, 유기 자외선 차단제를 용해시키기 위한 오일 사용량이 감소하기 때문에 화장품의 사용감이 향상될 수 있다.
