PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture needle assembly and a medical solution injector, capable of surely preventing a needle tip of a needle tube from being exposed from a protector unintentionally.SOLUTION: A puncture needle assembly 10 includes: a needle tube 5 a protector 7 capable of moving between a first position where the protector 7 covers the needle tip 51 of the needle tube 5 and a second position where the needle tip 51 is exposed from the protector 7 a main body part 6 which supports the protector 7 to be movable and has an elastic deformation part 68 and an engagement inhibiting member 8 removably mounted to the base end part 713 of a protector body 71. The protector 7 has a rib 72, a tip side part of the rib 72 constitutes an abut part 721, and a base end side part constitutes an engagement part 722 engaged with the elastic deformation part.
