The cradles and the body may be connected to one another by means of a ball joint. The body may be in the form of a structure comprised of radially oriented arms. In this case, the cradles and the means for closing the slots are situated on the outer ends of the arms and the inner ends of the arms are connected together. The arms, the cradles and the means for closing the slots are preferably integral with one another. They may also be in the form of separate "arm and cradle" elements. The connection may be rigid, or such that the arms can be rotated about an axis.
