The body support binder comprises a front section (104) and a rear section (102) and a removable fastener affixed to a fastener panel (106) on the front side characterized in that the rear section (102) having at least two stretching directions preferably crosswise and lengthwise and the front section (104) stretches in one direction preferably from selvedge to selvedge.
