PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle beam therapy simulator carrying out CT image photographing and X-ray image photographic in a short time while reducing a burden on a patient by photographing an X-ray image without operating a treatment table for origin adjustment after CT image photographing.SOLUTION: The treatment table is formed as a common treatment table 301 used in common to CT image photographing and X-ray image photographing positioning, and a CT and positioning origin 302 with a CT image photographing CT origin and an X-ray image photographing positioning origin made coincident with each other is determined on the common treatment table.
