PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid food sterilizer capable of accurately eradicating various germs without impairing the quality of the liquid food.SOLUTION: The liquid food sterilizer includes: a container (61) in which the liquid food is stored an electrode pair (64 and 65) which generate streamer discharge in the liquid of the liquid food stored in the container (61) and a power supply (70) which applies direct-current voltage to the electrode pair (64 and 65).
