The present invention relates to a device for relaxation of neck muscles, which is simply portable and conveniently operable. The device for relaxation of neck muscles of the present invention comprises: a body unit constituting an exterior； a rotational rod which is installed in the body unit capable of rotating to one side, is inserted in an inner side of the body unit when rotating to one side, and upwardly has a stimulation bar, while being exposed to an outer side of the body unit when rotating to the other side； and a height adjustment means which adjusts the height while exposing the rotational rod.본 발명은 휴대가 간편하며 작동이 편리하게 이루어지는 목근육 이완기를 제공하고자 한 것이다. 이를 위해, 본 발명은 외관을 이루는 몸체부와, 상기 몸체부에 일측으로 회동 가능하게 설치되되, 일측으로 회동 시에는 상기 몸체부 내측에 삽입된 상태를 이루며 타측으로 회동 시에는 상기 몸체부의 타측으로 노출된 상태를 이룸과 동시에 노출된 상태에서 상향으로 자극봉이 구비되는 회동로드 및 상기 회동로드가 노출된 상태에서 높낮이가 조절되도록 하는 높이조절수단을 포함하는 목근육 이완기를 제공한다.
