Disclosed is an apparatus for a casting-type drip-irrigation tape, particularly a shaping wheel for use in an apparatus for manufacturing a casting-type drip-irrigation tape. A cooling body (2) of the shaping wheel is installed inside a shaping body (3), and is provided with a labyrinth-shaped cooling water channel (4) passing through the outer surface thereof and snugly fitted on an inner surface of the shaping body (3), and the labyrinth-shaped cooling water channel (4) is connected at the leading end and trailing end thereof to a water port on the cooling body (2) via holes. A friction piece (10) fixed together with a pressing flange (11) is on the outer side of the shaping body (3), the pressing flange (11) is fitted via a bearing on the cooling body (2), and a pressure spring (13) is on the outer side of the bearing (12). Vacuum air channels (6) independent of each other and in communication with each of labyrinth-shaped flow channel striations (5) on the outer surface are in the shaping body (3), and the vacuum air channels (6) are in communication with a vacuum-extracting device via vacuum-extracting ports on the friction piece (10) and the pressing flange (11).
