PURPOSE: A hybrid of glutathione-phyllosilicate mineral and a functional composition containing the same for antioxidation are provided to ensure excellent stability and transfer efficiency in body. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid of glutathione-phyllosilicate mineral contains glutathione inserted into the phyllosilicate mineral. The hybrid additionally contains anionic polymers. A method for preparing the hybrid comprises: a step of reacting glutathione and phyllosilicate mineral in a solution of pH 0-2.12； a step of collecting reactant； a step of removing 70-100% of moisture from the reactant； and a step of reacting the reactant and anionic polymers in organic solvent. A functional composition for antioxidation contains the hybrid.본 발명은 글루타치온-층상 규산염광물 혼성체, 그 제조방법 및 그 혼성체를 포함하는 항산화 기능성 조성물을 제공한다.본 발명의 글루타치온-층상 규산염광물 혼성체는 글루타치온이 층상 규산염광물의 층간에 삽입되어 있고 또한 그 외부를 음이온성 고분자가 코팅하고 있기 때문에 안정성 및 생체전달효율이 매우 우수하다.
