The present invention provides an electrosurgical scalpel which is able to effectively absorb and remove harmful gas generated at an electrically active portion of the electrosurgical scalpel used during a surgical operation to promote safety of a medical staff as well as an operator in an operation room and to enhance operation quality. To this end, the present invention provides the electrosurgical scalpel capable of removing harmful gas, comprising: a main body which forms a hollow part therein an electrical active tip which applies energy to a biological tissue to burn the biological tissue an absorption tip through which the electrically active tip is penetrated to be arranged thereon, wherein the diameter of an end portion, from which the electrical active tip protrudes, is formed to be less than the diameter of a rear side thereof and an absorption tube which is connected to the absorption tip and is arranged to be penetrated through the hollow part of the main body.본 발명의 목적은 외과 수술 시 사용하는 전기수술기구의 전기 작용부위에서 발생하는 유해가스를 효과적으로 흡입하여 제거할 수 있는 전기수술기구를 제공하여 시술자는 물론이고 수술장 의료진의 안전을 도모하고 수술의 품질을 높이는 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 발명에서는, 내측에 중공부가 형성된 본체 생체 조직에 에너지를 가하여 생체 조직을 태울 수 있는 전기 작용 팁 상기 전기 작용 팁이 관통하여 배치되는 것으로 상기 전기 작용 선단 팁이 돌출되는 단부의 직경이 그 후방의 직경에 비해 더 작게 형성된 흡입 팁 및 상기 흡입 팁에 연결되고 상기 본체의 중공부를 관통하도록 배치되는 흡입 튜브를 포함하는 유해가스 제거가 가능한 전기수술기구를 제공한다.
