The present invention relates to a dental cleanser for improving the properties of adhering to teeth, and more particularly, to a dental cleanser which removes a smear layer from the dentin surface of the exposed root of a tooth and oral bacteria so as to effectively improve the properties of adhering to teeth in periodontal flap surgery. The dental cleanser of the present invention removes the smear layer from the dentin surface of the root of a tooth by means of sodium ethylene diaminotetraacetate, performs antibacterial activity on periodontal pathogens, and removes lipopolysaccharide by means of octyl phenol ethoxylate, which is a surface active agent, thereby improving the properties of adhering to teeth in periodontal flap surgery.La présente invention concerne un nettoyant dentaire pour améliorer les propriétés d'adhérence aux dents, et plus particulièrement, un nettoyant dentaire qui élimine une couche de résidus de la surface de la dentine de la racine exposée d'une dent et les bactéries orales de manière à améliorer efficacement les propriétés d'adhérence aux dents dans la chirurgie parodontale à lambeau.
