The invention relates to a pharmaceutical combination which comprises (a) aphosphoinositide 3-kinase inhibitorcompound of formula (I) and (b) a mTOR inhibitor for the treatment of a targetof raparnycin (mTOR) kinase dependent disease,especially a cancer disease； a pharmaceutical composition comprising such acombination； the use of such a combination for thepreparation of a medicament for the treatment of a proliferative disease； acommercial package or product comprising such a combinationas a combined preparation for simultaneous, separate or sequential use； and toa method of treatment of a warm- bloodedanimal, especially a human.
