The first wiring includes a first connecting section. The first bonding wire electrically connects the light-emitting part and the first connecting section of the first wiring. The protecting part covers the light-emitting part, the first wiring and the first bonding wire. The protecting part is formed from a material that is transparent with respect to the light emitted by the light-emitting part.
