The hand tool attachment assembly according to the present invention comprises a cap, an outer tube, and an inner tube. The cap has a hollow volume at which the cap is engaged and fixed to the tip of the hand tool. The outer tube is secured to the cap on the side opposite the hollow volume. The inner tube is disposed within the outer tube and is rotatable within the outer tube.
