The present invention discloses a composition having a heating and heat retaining effect, comprising main components of 10-30% w/w sodium chloride or potassium chloride, 40-70% w/w iron powder, 3-15% w/w active carbon, 1-10% w/w vermiculite and 3-15% w/w temperature controlling assistants. Temperature generated by this composition can be maintained in any one temperature range between 330 DEG C and 42 DEG C depending on the content ratios of the main components of the composition and the kinds of the selected temperature controlling assistant. The composition can be embedded in a heating device having a heating and heat retaining effect, applicable efficiently to parts to be warmed or heated, such as wounds, eyes and so on, with no heat injury.本發明係揭露一種具加熱保溫效果之組合物,其包括的主要成分之重量百分率係氯化鈉或氯化鉀佔10-30% w/w、鐵粉佔40-70% w/w、活性碳佔3-15% w/w、蛭石佔1-10% w/w及控溫助劑3-15% w/w所組成。根據組合物之主要成分的各含量比例調配或所選用的控溫助劑的種類,此組合物所產生之溫度可維持在攝氏33至42度間的任一溫度範圍內,可包覆於欲具有加熱保溫效果之溫熱裝置中,以有效應用於欲取暖或需熱敷的部位如傷口、眼睛等,但卻不會造成灼傷。
