This invention relates to a hitting and rubbing device, comprising a brace, a vertical shift unit, and a hitting and rubbing unit. The brace comprises a substrate, two side plates extending outwardly from two side edges of the substrate, and a long slot penetrating the substrate. The vertical shift unit comprises two vertical shift guiding rails mounted on the side plates, a vertical shift carrying seat, and a vertical shift motor driving the carrying seat to vertically shift up and down along the vertical shift guiding rails. The vertical shift carrying seat has an abutting plate close to the substrate, two supporting plates extending from the opposite two side edges of the abutting plate in the same directions as those of the side plates, and two sliding seats respectively disposed to the supporting plates and slidably fit to the vertical shift guiding rails.
