The invention relates to a process for preparing a total concentrated extract of greater celandine - Chelidonium majus - having antimicrobial, antiviral, antitumour and immunomodulating activity. According to the invention, the process consists in concentrating the greater celandine tincture at rotavapour, at reduced pressure of 200 mbar and temperature of 60°C, to result in a brown-coloured concentrated extract with chelidonine content of more than 76 ppm.Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a unui extract total concentrat de rostopascăcu activitate antimicrobiană, antivirală, antitumorală şi imunomodulatoare. Procedeul, conform invenţiei, constă în aceea că tinctura de rostopască este concentrată la rotavapor la presiune redusă de 200 mbar şi temperatura de 60°C, rezultând extract concentrat de culoare brună cu un conţinut de chelidonină de pste 76 ppm.
